The Living Area

A large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space: this airy and light room has large dual aspect doors and windows looking out over the gartdens and towards the sea. There is an indoor dining table seating 8 comfortably (10 at a push) and comfortable sofa seating. The large kitchen island seats 5. A large ceiling fan provides lovely ventilation, but aircon is available

Outdoor BBQ area and table seating 14 with stunning sea and sunset views. Wonderfully comfortable sunken “Moroccan style” seating next to the dining area with plenty of room for all. Can be lit at night.

Outdoor sink, barbecue, wine fridge, and ice machine.

Boffi “hide” kitchen (you can close the doors over the gas hob, fridge and ovens), with two ovens (one has an in-oven microwave), gas hob with 5 rings and fridge.  Freezer and plentiful storage behind, 

Separate scullery with water machine (fizzy and still), wine fridge and washing machine and tumble drier.

A playroom full of board games plus TV screen.  Can also be used as an office.

The guest bathroom and a single bedroom and bathroom (ideal for staff) are all just off the kitchen,

Plunge pool just by the main house. Perfect for a quick dip.

We also have 2 vegetable gardens which are available for our guests and various fruit trees around the grounds.

There is plenty of covered parking for up to 6 cars.
